Mis-sold Edirectory.co.uk

A couple of months ago from the date of this I was contacted by a Edirecory.co. with what sounded to be an amazing opportunity to sell my products to a high level.

Through this conversation I feel I was heavily mis-sold this product and told lies to lure me into parting with £575 of the buisnesses money a fee for them to market 50 of my products on there's and many of there partner sites.

I was informed that all of my products would be listed on first page rankings of Google for any and as many chosen terms as I wanted. No mater how competative the term it was all part of the package of coming on board with us.

I was informed it will cost Edirectory.co.uk £2000 to have me set up on this platform with this it was subsitised fee. What they were really looking for was to sell my products in large quantities and make there money from the 5% commison they would earn. Therefore they really had to sell £25,000s worth of my products to make this a profitable venture for themselves.

I was informed that as they were targeting my products there would not be duplicate products and therefore I would have no direct competion on this platform.

All of these were un-true statements and therefore I was heavily mis-sold on this purchase.

Reporting this to Edirectory.co.uk was taken very lightly. I requested a refund of my investment. I have been informed time after time that I have not given this enough time, they have been very evasive of answering questions directly through email, and even been told that surely I must have better things to do than pursue this matter.

I threatened to take them to court and with this I was told I had no case. Nothing I said was listened to and taken seriously.  

Through my research I found most people have had very similar experiences and I feel what they are doing is wrong and must be stopped.

With this I did proceed to the small claims court and with no argument or contest about my accusations they just completely ignored me until they could no more. In the end I was awarded the complete refund along with my claim fees. If they did not pay I was had the power to inforce a balif to collect the debts from them.

It costs £60 and will be added to the claim amount so don't worry you will get it back. This process is the small claims and shouldn't cost you any more money. It's just not viable to start paying the costs for legal professionals.

If they do contest your payment and proceed with court proceedings (as long as you aren't greedy and act reasonably it won't be worth the money) please contact me I have a list of 10 people which is growing by the day who are willing to take the same action and a will to assist with witness statements.

There is plenty of forums out there which state these facts are true. And be careful if you are tempted to invest. Be aware of what I am saying and take there comments with a Jar full of salt always be reminded 'If it sounds to good to be true. It usually is'.
